We cannot recommend this place highly enough. The views are spectacular and villa space incredible. It has everything you can think of, really close to the local supermarket with fresh bread daily. The hikes are great and it is so very quite. The pool is lovely and heated throughout the year. The outside space for your morning coffee and bbq is great to enjoy. Had a great time with the family and Fabrice & Ana are really helpful for any questions you might have.

Feel like a millionaire the minute you arrive. The grounds, the lavish furnishings, the architecture, that pool! We've never been so relaxed. Kitchen is fully stocked for every meal and preparation, beds are comfortable, sitting areas are perfectly designed, and the round table in the big house is perfect for games! During our week we honestly never left the pool! My parents stayed in the big house, and my boyfriend and I stayed in the smaller one. If you can call it that! Both have plenty of space and privacy, seriously spectacular in every way. We didn't want to leave!

Just returned from a week at the rock villas. There were 6 adults and we occupied both villas. To say it was spectacular would be an understatement. The furniture, sound system, pots and pans, cutlery, showers, stove, refrigerator, beds were all top of the line! Nothing was skimped on in furnishing these homes. The outdoor furniture was the most comfortable we have encountered. It was lovely to have a view of both the sea and the cliff side. It was also very quiet and you felt secluded throughout the stay. Fabrice was a very communicative and laid back host and he offered his home to us generously with a bottle of wine and excellent suggestions. The pool was relaxing, about 5 feet deep throughout. You get Sun all day (we happened to come during a very unusually warm week for Madeira, so the refreshing pool really cooled us down). This really was a luxury stay at a very reasonable cost. Amazing house with amazing view. Everything is super well organised, clean. The view from the terrasse and the swimming pool is crazy. The architecture of the house is great. The location is perfect to visit the island. Fabrice and Anna where really helpful, always available to respond to hour questions, give advises. For sure we will come back in the same place.

Our stay at The Rock Villas surpassed our expectations (which were high!). The house was perfectly appointed and even more beautiful than the photos. Everything we needed was provided and everything was great quality. The views were incredible, especially in the evenings. We pushed the budget slightly to book this place but it was 100% worth it. All round a fantastic place to stay.

Fabrice en Ana hebben 2 geweldig mooie villa's alles is perfect op elkaar afgestemd. alles staat in het teken van genieten en ontspannen. Ana verwelkomde ons erg warm en aldoor stond zij en Fabrice klaar om onze vragen te beantwoorden. wij hebben 4 fantastische dagen gehad in villa Beige Rock. je hebt er een prachtig uitzicht op de Atlantische oceaan, van het terras kun je genieten van mooie zonsondergangen. erg schone en rustige locatie.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this beautiful villa for 10 beautiful days. What's to say, there was nothing missing! The house is fantastic, exactly as pictured, in fact, live it makes it even more so. Very clean, well-stocked (plates, glasses, cutlery, everything you need to cook, towels, toilet paper, detergents, etc.). Hosts are very helpful, friendly and very quick to respond. It is in a very quiet area, 5 minutes away there is a supermarket and 7 minutes from one a little larger. Nearby is the beach of Calheta (one of the few beaches on the island) . The location is also great for reaching all the interesting parts of the island. I highly recommend the Fanal forest, we fell in love. So I can't do anything but recommend it 100%.

The Beige Rock Villa has one major disadvantage- it’s so beautiful that you don’t want to leave it. And it’s pretty harmful if you want to visit the Madeira island 😅 We felt here like home. It was cosy, well designed, well equipped and what really matters in this climate - the house was warm and dry. We highly recommend to stay here. Thanks for having us.
